1 Choose Your Session Select the session length and mentor that fits where you are right now. Payment is collected at this stage. Most people start with the 60-minute session.
2 Schedule Your Session You'll receive a scheduling link to book a time that works for you and your mentor.
3 Tell Us About Yourself Before your session, you'll complete a short questionnaire. This helps your mentor arrive prepared, familiar with your background, experience level, and what you want to get out of the session.
4 Your One-on-One Session Meet with your mentor for focused, practical guidance. Whether it's a resume review, portfolio walkthrough, interview prep, or career strategy - the session is entirely tailored to you.
5 Follow-Up & Next Steps After your session you'll receive a short follow-up form. We use this to recommend resources, next steps, or additional sessions based on your goals and to keep improving the program for future clients.
