Our Process
1 Choose Your Session Select the session length and make your purchase. Payment is collected at this stage. Most people start with the 60-minute session.
2 Tell Us About Yourself Before your session, you'll complete a short questionnaire. This helps us match you with the right mentor and coordinate you session time. This also allows your mentor to arrive prepared, familiar with your background, experience level, and what you want to get out of the session.
4 Your One-on-One Session Meet with your mentor for focused, practical guidance. Regardless if what you’re looking to get out of the session to improve your career - the session is tailored to you.
5 Follow-Up & Next Steps After your session you'll receive a short follow-up form. We use this to recommend resources, next steps, or additional sessions based on your goals and to keep improving the program for future mentees.
